You have 5 days toinitiate a return once your package is delivered. We don't offer refunds, STORE CREDIT ONLY! Please read ALL descriptions and/or view videos before purchasing. We provide descriptions and videos to make sure you are getting the correct size.
We fully inspect products before shipping them out. Damaged items are accepted within 48 hours of delivery. We will request photographs. If an item is damaged we will send the SAME item you ordered. We will not send a different item.
Once an order is placed we can't cancel, modify or change due to speed of shipping. If you order wrong size or color we aren't responsible.
ALL SALE items are final no returns (if you use a discount code 30% and above it is considered sale). We don't do exchanges, returns or store credits on sale items under no circumstance. Any bodysuit, set that includes a bodysuit, swimwear, beachwear, crochet, white or leggings/legging set is final no exceptions.
If you return an item it must have original tags/clear bag or we will refuse the item no exceptions. Do not place an item inside a shipping bag or box w/o the plastic. If you return an item w/o approval we will reject it. Store credits take 5-10 business days and will be emailed.
We don’t adjust prices even if you forgot to add a discount code, use it on your next purchase if it’s still valid.
We don't provide return labels and shipping cost isn't included in store credit. We have the right to refuse any items with signs of wear, missing tags and plastic. Gift cards are valid for 30 days after emailed.
